Heathcliff is wearing the gravy helmet again. This is the high sign for the Nutmegs to commence the ritualistic sacrifice of their Thanksgiving dinner guests. Without Mrs. Nutmeg’s traditional blood gravy, her turkey is unforgivably dry.
